About RichDue

RichDue is money clarity for high earners who aren't rich yet. It shows your net worth today, a 12-month cash-flow projection and a plan for pay that arrives in lumps: a bonus, an RSU vest, commission or a client's payment. Screenshots, bank alerts, statements or two taps bring the numbers in; RichDue reads them, catches duplicates and asks before saving.

Three facts, with their sources

  1. The IRS treats bonuses and commissions as supplemental wages: employers may withhold federal income tax on them at a flat 22%, and must use 37% on supplemental pay above $1 million in a year.

    IRS Publication 15 (Circular E) · checked

  2. People whose income has no withholding, such as freelancers and consultants, generally pay estimated tax four times a year, with the last payment for a year due in mid-January of the next.

  3. “HENRY”, for high earners, not rich yet, was coined by Fortune’s Shawn Tully in 2003.
