The terms

Commission

You earn 30% of what RichDue receives from each person you refer, on every payment they make in their first 12 months. What RichDue receives is the price after Paddle’s or Apple’s fee and any sales tax or VAT, so the rule is the same on every platform and in every currency.

At $129 a year that comes to about $37 for a yearly payer, and about $4 a month for someone paying $14.99 monthly.

Web and iPhone both count

A plan bought on richdue.com (through Paddle) and a plan bought in the iPhone app (through the App Store) earn the same commission. Your audience is on iPhone, and RichDue counts them there too.

Attribution

Your code beats your link. A person who types your code at sign-up, on the pricing page or in the app’s Settings is yours. Your link (richdue.com/?ref=YOURCODE) keeps a 60-day cookie, and the first partner’s link a person used is the one that counts. One code per person.

What your audience gets

30 days of Pro with no card. That replaces the standard 7-day trial, which takes a card. There’s no price cut: after the 30 days Pro is $129 a year or $14.99 a month, as it is for everyone.

Payout

Paid monthly on the 15th, for payments that cleared the 14-day refund window in the month before. The minimum is $50; a smaller balance rolls over to the next month. We pay through PayPal or Wise.

Partners in the US send a W-9 before their first payout and get a 1099-NEC for any year they earn $600 or more.

Refunds and chargebacks

A refund or a chargeback reverses the commission on that payment. Refunds close 14 days after a payment and payouts wait for that window, so a refund doesn’t take back money you’ve been paid. A partner with 3 reversals in one quarter is paused while we look at why.

Disclosure and claims

Say that RichDue pays you, on every mention: “#ad” or “RichDue pays me for this”, at the start, where people see it without clicking, as the FTC asks. Use the platform’s paid-partnership label too where it has one.

Say what RichDue does today. No promised outcomes or returns, no financial, tax or investment advice, no “bank-level” security claims and no promises about what RichDue will or won’t do in future. Show the demo household’s numbers or blur your own, and don’t edit RichDue’s screenshots.

Mention RichDue on your own channels. Coupon and cashback sites, and paid search ads on the name RichDue, don’t earn commission.

Your own account

Your own plan and your household’s don’t earn commission.

Changes to these terms

We give 30 days’ written notice before changing the rate, and a change applies only to payments after it. Commission you’ve earned isn’t reduced.

Refunds follow the refund policy; what partners say follows the same voice as the rest of RichDue.

The two rules

Questions

What partners ask before they apply.

Do iPhone purchases count?

Yes. Plans bought in the iPhone app through the App Store count the same as plans bought on the web through Paddle.

How long do I earn on someone I refer?

12 months from their first payment: 30% of every payment they make in that year, monthly or yearly.

When do I get paid?

On the 15th of each month, for payments that cleared the 14-day refund window in the month before, through PayPal or Wise.

Is there a minimum payout?

$50. A smaller balance rolls over to the next month until it reaches $50.

What does my audience get, and where do they use the code?

30 days of Pro with no card, then the full price if they stay. On the web they type the code in the code box at sign-up or on richdue.com/pricing; on iPhone, in Settings › Billing › Have a code?

How do I see how I’m doing?

Each month you get an email with your sign-ups and payers by plan. Counts and plans only: a partner doesn’t see anyone’s money.
