RichDue

A Quicken Simplifi alternative for bonus, RSU and freelance pay (2026)

Checked on against Quicken Simplifi’s own pricing and help pages, and reviews where those didn’t say, linked under each answer. Prices and features change; follow the links before you decide. We make RichDue, so weigh our column accordingly.

Files and cash flow in Simplifi

When your income isn’t a repeating paycheck

A projection from recurring paychecks fits a salary. A bonus paid as a percentage in March, a commission range, RSU vests with sell-to-cover or three clients on different schedules don’t repeat the same way. RichDue asks for each of those when you start, and projects twelve months with low, base and high cases.

Files come in as CSV, Excel, OFX/QFX, QIF or PDF, and on iPhone as screenshots or bank alerts. RichDue flags rows it already has and shows you everything before saving.

RichDue doesn’t connect to banks today; those files, screenshots, alerts and a quick log are how money gets in.

Who should stay with Quicken Simplifi

Stay with Simplifi if you want accounts that update through bank connections, an Android app today, or a budget built from a spending plan and watchlists. If your pay is a regular paycheck, its projected cash flow already covers the next twelve months.

Bringing your history across

Simplifi exports transactions as CSV in the web app: Transactions, the three-dot menu, then Export to CSV, for one account or several. Split transactions export only with Show split transactions on.

In RichDue, add that file on the web: it reads the columns, flags rows it already has and shows you everything before saving. Your bank’s own export works the same way; the export guides show where each bank keeps it.
